A couple weeks ago, I issued the Movember Mobama Challenge. The deal was if I could raise $1000 for prostate cancer in 48 hours, I would rock a horribly pathetic looking mustache at the White House. Well, thanks to all you amazingly generous people, we raised over $1300. Big hugs and high fives to everyone who donated, tweeted and posted on Facebook. As promised, here are some pics from la Casa Blanca.

PREPARING FOR THE BIG DAY
As this was going to be my first (and in all likelihood only) journey to the White House, I figured I needed to dress with the appropriate level of fanciness. Of course, nothing says fancy like a top hat/mustache combo.
ARRIVAL IN DC
When we got to DC, they picked us in a Hummerzine!?! Apparently going to the White House is a lot like going to high school prom.
TO THE WHITE HOUSE…

At the White House: unfortunately, President Obama was in Indonesia when we were there, so this was about as close as I got to the big man.
PICKING UP OUR EMPACT AWARD
Thank you all again for your generous support. Viva el bigote!

IT MUSTASHACIOUS.
Funny, those are the exact words I was planning on telling Obama until the dude bailed and went to Indonesia instead of meeting with me.
Hot action homie.
Love this! I hope you had a wonderful experience and congrats again!
Thanks for making it happen! Without your generosity, there would be no hideous mustache.
